Browsing and demonstration — No advertising cookies or audience analytics tools. Your theme preference stays in your browser's local storage. Fictional exchanges and edits made in the demonstration are neither saved nor sent to an AI model.
Your data when contacting us
Bredard Consulting (ArnicAI), reachable at contact@arnicai.fr, processes the form information to reply to your business enquiry and prepare a first conversation. This processing is based on its legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received. Name, email and need are required; business name and type are optional. Volume and tools can be discussed during the first conversation. No marketing-list subscription and no attachments.
The recipients are Frédéric Brédard, OVHcloud for hosting and notifications, and Google Workspace for ArnicAI email. No form content is sent to an AI model provider. Technical copies of the form are kept for 30 days, then deleted by an hourly cleanup. Email exchanges are deleted three months after the last exchange if the enquiry goes no further; if a commercial relationship begins, the applicable retention rules will be communicated to you.
When you approach the form, a technical cookie valid for two hours protects the session. IP-address hashes are used to limit abuse over a one-hour window; they are not used to track your browsing. Expired technical data is removed during the hourly cleanup. The hosting provider's technical logs follow its own retention rules.
You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing on grounds relating to your situation, by writing to contact@arnicai.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
